  • A mixed appetizer typical of Piedmont
  • Truffle-based products such as jams and honey
  • Raw meat with grated black truffle (white truffle available on request at an additional cost)

  • A glass of Barbaresco DOCG and Dolcetto d’Alba DOC

Note: The cheeses are accompanied by special jams like fig and Barolo jam, Muscat and pear, and onion confit. The meat and cheeses are sourced from selected local artisans and butchers.

Booking Information

The tasting typically follows the simulated truffle hunt and takes place during lunch/aperitif time. The cost is €120 per person, which includes all the listed products and black truffle on the meat. For a more comprehensive tasting at a cost of €135 per person, you will enjoy 3 appetizers, a main course, and a dessert paired with at least 3 wines. This second option is organized in collaboration with a local restaurant. White truffles can also be requested, with a price variation based on quantity and consumption.
